I love this look.  I wore my new Kimchi Mermaid Blue circle lenses, and they are amazing.  I'm going to have to get them in every color.

outer 1/3 of lid (top and bottom)- Shiro Manectric
crease and browbone- Shiro Meowth
lower waterline- NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Baby Blue
mascara- Maybelline Falsies Drama
